Which pump do you need?

Every pump is wet hire, with a licensed operator. The right one comes down to reach, where the truck can set up and how much concrete you need to move. As a rough guide:

  • SKMC20–24M

    20m and 24m booms

Compact booms for tighter streets and smaller sites. Suited to house slabs, footings and low-rise commercial pours where setup space is limited.

  • SKMC36–43M

    36m, 42m and 43m booms

The all-rounders. Enough reach for mid-rise slabs, walls and larger ground pours while the truck sets up clear of the work.

  • SKMC47M

    47m booms

Our longest reach, for large decks, bridge and road structures, and placing across wide pours or over excavations and scaffold from one setup.

  • SKMCLINE

    Trailer line pumps

For pours a boom can’t reach or set up for: restricted access, basements, tunnels and long-distance placement through line.

Not sure? Send the pour details and we’ll recommend the pump and plan the setup with you.

Work we pump

Most of our pours are on civil and infrastructure jobs, and the same fleet and crews work on commercial and residential builds.

Tunnels and underground works

Tunnel pours mean confined space, long line runs and tight windows between other trades. We run booms and trailer line pumps in tunnels, portals and shafts, with operators and linehands who are used to tunnel site rules and night shifts.

Roads, bridges and freeways

Freeway upgrades, interchanges and bridge decks need long reach and setups that work around traffic management and staged construction. Our 42m to 47m booms place across wide decks and over barriers and excavations from one setup, so the pour keeps moving.

Commercial and residential builds

Suspended slabs, columns, walls, footings and house slabs. Our 20m and 24m booms suit tighter streets and smaller sites, and line pumps reach where a truck can’t set up, such as rear lots and basements.

Water and utility infrastructure

Tanks, pits, culverts and plant upgrades for water and utility networks, often on restricted or operating sites. We plan the setup and line run with your team before pour day so the work fits around the live site.

Common questions

Anything else, call bookings on 0421 045 828.

What size pumps do you have?

Seven boom pumps at 20m, 24m, 36m, 42m, 43m and two at 47m, plus three trailer-mounted line pumps and static pumping solutions. Tell us about the pour and we'll recommend the right one.

Do you work in both Sydney and Adelaide?

Yes. Our office is in Hillsdale in Sydney, and we have yards in both Sydney and Adelaide, with pumps and crew working across New South Wales and South Australia. Call bookings to check availability for your site.

Are you available outside business hours?

Yes. We operate 24/7, seven days a week, so night pours, weekend work and early starts are all covered.

What safety documentation can you provide?

We work under a documented WHS Management System with Safe Work Method Statements, daily pre-start inspections, CPAA pipeline logbooks and plant inspections aligned with AS 2550.15. Operators hold the relevant licences and VOCs. Let us know what your site needs.

What insurance do you hold?

$20 million public liability, icare workers insurance in New South Wales and ReturnToWorkSA insurance in South Australia.

Can you help plan the pour?

Yes. Pre-planning and site assessments are part of the service, so the pump size, setup position and line run are sorted before pour day.

Do I need a boom pump or a line pump?

A boom pump places concrete from above with a folding arm, so it's the fastest choice when the truck can set up near the pour: slabs, decks, walls and large ground pours. A line pump pushes concrete through hose and pipeline, so it suits restricted access, basements, tunnels and long-distance placement. If you're not sure, send the pour details and we'll recommend one.

Is your concrete pump hire wet hire or dry hire?

Wet hire. Every boom and line pump comes with an operator who holds the relevant licences and Verification of Competency for that machine, and we supply linehands when the job needs them.

Do you supply operators and linehands?

Yes. Every pump comes with an operator who holds the relevant licences and Verification of Competency for that machine, and we supply experienced linehands when the job needs them.

What do you need from me to book a pump?

The date and start time, the site address, what you're pouring, the approximate volume and any access or setup limits. The booking form asks for all of it, or call bookings on 0421 045 828, 24/7.

Do you pump residential jobs?

Yes. Alongside civil and commercial work we pump residential projects. Our 20m and 24m booms and trailer line pumps suit tighter residential sites.

Can you pump in tunnels and confined sites?

Yes. Tunnel and major project work is a big part of what we do, and our trailer line pumps handle restricted access and long-distance placement where a boom can't set up.
